Freeskier Sam Smoothy may have produced the greatest run in Freeride World Tour history this weekend – more than enough to win round three in Andorra.

In tricky conditions the New Zealand rider held nothing back, slaying the most exposed section of the course to power to the top of the podium.

With the tour now heading to Alaska for the first time, the pressure was on all the riders to make the qualifying places for the latter stages.

Red Bull Air Race: Bonhomme wins opener

Check out the highlights from the Red Bull Air Race 2015 opener

Paul Bonhomme started the 2015 Red Bull Air Race season with victory in Abu Dhabi as he looks to reclaim his world title.

The Briton lost his crown to countryman Nigel Lamb in the 2014 edition but was back to his best this weekend, claiming his 16th overall race win.

The two-time world champion narrowly beat Australian Matt Hall to the top spot with Canada’s Pete McLeod in third, while his rivals Hannes Arch and Lamb finished fourth and fifth repectively.

The next Red Bull Air Race takes place in Chiba, Japan on May 16th and 17th.

FMB World Tour: White Style kicks off 2015 season

White Style 2015 got the FMB World Tour underway this weekend in Austria and Szymon Godziek topped the podium.

The Polish rider beat two Brits, Matt Jones and Daryl Brown to the number one spot with a score of 93.66.

Jones qualified first on the epic snow-covered course in Leogang but couldn’t repeat the feat and posted 92.33 to finish second, with Brown on 81.33 in third.

The Tour returns with the legendary Vienna Air King on April 12th.

Red Bull Playstreets: Braaten is king of the streets

Watch what went down at the awesome Red Bull Playstreets 2015

Oystein Braaten beat Andri Ragettli in the final to win the sixth annual Red Bull Playstreets in the heart of Bad Gastein’s historic village.

The unique event brings slopestyle to the streets, building an epic course of narrow ramps and tall kickers that winds through the town.

And a stacked field of riders lined up behind the victorious 19-year-old Braaten, with Jesper Tjader in third and names like Vincent Gagnier, Elias Ambuhl and Russ Henshaw missing the podium.
